Process Engineer
Murcia (Spain) / Hybrid
We are looking for a Process Engineer who doesn't just see lines and machines, but opportunities for perfection. You ensure that technical hiccups don't stand in the way of our performance, addressing issues at the source.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing projects across production lines. Optimize Performance: Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Technical Services to maximize plant reliability and efficiency.
Your work will directly improve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency ( Take Responsibility ).
An Engineer: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
Analytical: You have a mindset oriented towards problem-solving and data-driven decisions.
Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and at least a B2 level in English.
