🆕 We are looking for an IT Delivery Manager to join our Madrid office!
Responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions for assistance operations and support functions in Mediterranean Region. This role oversees project execution, systems enhancements, platform integrations, and the performance of IT services. Working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors, the IT Delivery Manager ensures that digital solutions are delivered in coherence with the Region strategy on time, within budget, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
📌 Key Responsabilities
* Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects and enhancements.
* Coordinate developers, QA, analysts, and external vendors.
* Ensure systems and services meet SLAs, compliance, and security standards.
* Manage incidents, system performance, and continuous improvements.
* Oversee integrations across core insurance platforms (policy, claims, assistance).
* Translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Report delivery progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
* Support digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
* Guarantee coherence and reusage of IT solutions in the Mediterranean Region.
✔️Who you are
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
* Nice to have: Master’s degree or technical certifications.
Experience
* 5+ years in IT delivery, IT project management, or technical program management.
* Nice to have: Strong experience in the assistance, or support functions, or financial services ecosystem. Hands-on experience with enterprise systems.
Knowledge
* Strong understanding of system integrations (APIs, middleware, microservices).
* Experience in cloud environments (Main: Azure, nice to have: AWS, or Google Cloud).
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
* Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks for insurance.
Languages
* English & Spanish: professional working proficiency (B2 or higher).
* Italian or Portuguese is a plus.
