The Role
You will be one of the first NEXRA representatives in Spain, generating and closing new business with an initial focus on NEXRA Express (our shipping aggregator with below-market carrier rates) and/or Payments. This is a commission-only role designed for highly motivated sales professionals who want uncapped earnings and genuine autonomy. As your client base grows, you will introduce the broader NEXRA ecosystem and earn cross-sell commission on every additional module you bring in.
Responsibilities
* Prospect, qualify and close new business across your territory - initial focus on NEXRA Express and Payments verticals.
* Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
* Build and maintain a healthy, well-documented pipeline in NEXRA's CRM.
* Identify cross-sell opportunities across the NEXRA ecosystem during client conversations and QBRs.
* Develop referral networks within logistics, hospitality, F&B, retail and payments sectors.
* Report weekly on pipeline activity and forecast to the Country Sales Manager.

* Logistics & shipping: DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, Evri, TNT, GLS, Mondial Relay - as an account manager, business development manager, or sales executive.
* Fintech & payments: Revolut Business, Dojo, SumUp, Square, Adyen, Worldpay, Elavon, Zettle (PayPal) — selling to SMEs or hospitality/retail.
* Hospitality technology: Oracle MICROS, Lightspeed, Mews, Cloudbeds, Guestline, Shiji, eviivo.
* Restaurant / F&B technology: Deliveroo, Just Eat, Flipdish, Vita Mojo, Otter, Lightspeed Restaurant.
* SaaS / B2B tech sales: any company selling into hospitality, retail, or SME markets.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years proven B2B sales experience in one of the above areas.
* Track record of self-generated pipeline and closed deals — not reliant on inbound.
* Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
* Fluent in English
* Comfortable with and motivated by a commission-only structure.
