We help SMBs and enterprises overcome business challenges with the right technology solutions.**Responsibilities**:- Account Development: Drive the growth and development of current accounts by identifying opportunities for expansion and additional services.- Pre-Sales**Support**: Collaborate with the sales department to support pre-sales activities, including creating proposals, attending client meetings, and presenting solutions.- Client**Relationship**Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.- Process**Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.- Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of pre-sales efforts with project execution.- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal team, ensuring clean and effective communication.- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.- Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle by overseeing testing and quality control processes.- Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any issues that need resolution.**Qualifications**:- Experience in account development and pre-sales activities.- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus**We offer**:- Equipment for work- Paid vacation (18 business days) and Statutory Holidays- Paid sick leaves (10 business days)- Non-paid days-off (10 business days)- Professional growth and development opportunities- Free English lessons
