About the Role

We are seeking a customer support consultant to join our team. As a key expert, you will provide daily support and guidance to police and security organizations, helping them get the most out of our systems and solve complex problems.

Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying the root cause of issues, and you will collaborate with our engineering consultants and developers to find solutions. You will also proactively advise customers on software releases, common bugs, and other organizational matters.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
* Analyze complex problems and identify solutions in collaboration with our engineering team.
* Proactively communicate with customers about software releases, bug fixes, and organizational updates.
* Work closely with our development team to resolve issues and improve our products.
* Travel within Europe as needed to support our customers.


Requirements

* Techincal education and experience with Windows environments, Linux environments, network equipment, SQL Database configuration, and NoSQL database management.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Fluency in German, English, and Dutch (written and spoken).
* Living in Spain and holding a NIE number.
* Flexibility to work on various projects and travel within Europe.
