YOUR MISSION
As an SuccessFactors Consultant, you will participate in all phases of the implementation of the HRIS solution (Design, Parameterization, Acceptance, Deployment, Support), for our customers and on the following missions:
Project implementation of the solution:
4. Participate in the implementation projects (workshops of parameter setting, acceptance, assistance to the starting, training of the administrators and the users) and write reports for the follow-up of the project, in the Employee Central (EC) module and other talent modules of SuccessFactors (Recruitment, PMGM, Onboarding, etc)
5. Participate in the translation of the client's needs into deliverables, writing documentation and presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance tests, training materials)
6. Configure the modules for the implementation of a functional solution adapted to the client's needs, evaluate the impact of the configurations on the processes
7. Elaborate and execute the test plans
8. Elaborate the proyect documetation and manuals
9. Be able to talk to the client an be part of the communication with them
YOUR PROFILE
10. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in as SuccessFactors implementation projects Consultant
11. Experience on SuccessFactors Employee Central, it is nice if you have some experience in other modules
12. You have experience leading workshops for gathering requirements and running meetings
13. Advanced level of Excel
14. Desirable knowledge in people analytics
15. You wish to evolve in a stimulating environment in consulting

17. You are fluent in Spanish and English
