Digital Marketing Manager | Hospitality
Serves as the Digital Subject Matter Expert (SME) for hotel digital marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on Paid Media, HWS and Email Marketing. Works closely with Marketing, Sales and Revenue teams to plan, coordinate and execute digital strategies aligned with hotel business goals, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and optimized for performance.
Responsible for activating and managing marketing strategies across owned, paid and third-party digital channels, including brand websites, OTAs, metasearch platforms, search engines and other eMarketing channels. The role focuses on increasing revenue, market share and direct bookings while enhancing the overall digital customer journey.
Acts as a strategic advisor to hotel leadership teams by providing insights on digital performance, market trends and campaign effectiveness. Collaborates regularly with regional digital teams to ensure alignment with broader strategies and to optimize tools, resources and campaigns according to each property's needs.
Leads and coordinates digital marketing specialists and external agencies, ensuring campaigns are executed according to strategy and performance goals. Monitors campaign performance, defines and tracks KPIs, analyzes results and provides regular reporting and recommendations to hotel directors and revenue leaders to support business growth.
Additionally, supports communication, training and reporting initiatives for internal teams, helping stakeholders understand and leverage digital channels to drive commercial results.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or related field .
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within hospitality or digital advertising.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, Paid Media, retargeting, email marketing, social media and content marketing.
* Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns and performance reporting .
* Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder communication skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales and revenue management teams .
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital reporting tools.
