Job descriptionOur team is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are hiring Booking Agent to support one of our key clients in Costa Blanca who will work during Summer Season 2026, from April to November.
As Booking agent, you will be responsible for the booking management, stop sales, allotment control and following up the booking in our destination. If you enjoy managing bookings and ensuring a high quality of service, we are waiting to meet you.
Main responsibilities
Booking management in our destination
Management of notifications and special requests
Manage stop sales and allotment control
Daily follow-up of bookings
Be in contact with TTOO and hoteliers
Manage incidents and complaints
Working days: Tuesday to Saturday.
Requirements
Experience of 2 years in similar position
High level of English, other languages will be a plus
Tourism studies or related fields
Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook
