Verisure, operating under two brand names, Securitas Direct & Verisure, is seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate Senior System Engineer for our IT Ops Communications Team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the IT Ops Engineering Team, acting as the primary stakeholder representative and spearheading infrastructure strategy.
* Design, implement, operate, and maintain our network infrastructure as part of the technical team.
* Participate in technical decision-making, discussions, and trade-offs to deliver effective solutions.
* Apply standards, best practices, and patterns to ensure high-quality, secure solutions.
* Ensure software quality and security, including automation of testing processes.
* Continuously seek improvements and stay updated on industry trends to optimize systems.
* Incorporate observability into systems for easier operation and maintenance.
Experience and Qualifications
* Master's/B.A. in Network Engineering.
* Fluent English (B2 minimum).
* At least 6 years of experience in IT.
* Strong understanding of system architecture, reliability, scalability, and security considerations.
* Solid knowledge in network solutions such as SDWAN, ACI, VxLAN, Cloud Networking (AWS/Azure), Cisco technologies, F5, GTM, FW.
Valued additional experience includes public/private cloud expertise.
