Core Job Responsibilities2.1 Translation Services (Oral & Written)2.1.1 Oral InterpretationAccompany the project team to communicate with local Spanish government authorities (e.g., housing, environmental protection, fire safety departments), assist in project approval and compliance procedures, and ensure accurate transmission of policy requirements and approval processes.Participate in technical meetings and business negotiations with project stakeholders (e.g., client, contractor, supervisor, designer), provide real-time interpretation for project progress, technical solutions, and issue coordination to avoid information deviations.Support collaboration between the Chinese and Spanish teams within the company, including daily work instruction transmission, progress feedback, and issue communication, to bridge language differences between Chinese and Western work cultures.2.1.2 Written TranslationTranslate engineering technical documents: design drawing specifications, construction standards, inspection reports, acceptance criteria, etc., ensuring accuracy of technical terminology .Translate business and administrative documents: contract clauses, communication letters, government application materials, meeting minutes, etc., ensuring compliance and alignment with local business document norms.Organize translated document archives and establish a bilingual reference database for easy access by the project team.2.2 Engineering SupportAssist the project team in organizing engineering materials, including construction progress records, multi-party meeting minutes, and equipment/material lists, ensuring standardized and traceable document filing.Track on-site engineering execution details, coordinate local resources with the team (e.g., liaising with local suppliers, contacting on-site service providers), promote timely resolution of issues, and ensure the project progresses as planned.Collect local Spanish engineering-related policies and industry practices (e.g., construction permit application procedures, environmental protection requirements), organize the information, and provide it to the project team as a reference for compliant project execution.Complete other engineering support tasks assigned by the project management team, such as meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and material coordination.3. Job Requirements3.1 Education & MajorBachelor's degree or above, priority given to engineering-related majors (e.g., Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Project Management), with basic professional knowledge in engineering to accurately understand technical documents and communication content.Candidates with non-engineering majors but 2+ years of experience in engineering translation/project assistance and proficient in basic engineering terminology will also be considered.3.2 Work Experience2+ years of engineering-related work.Priority given to candidates with experience in industrial plant construction, infrastructure projects, or international engineering cooperation.Priority given to candidates familiar with the Spanish engineering industry environment (e.g., local construction standards, government approval processes, industry cooperation models).3.3 Language Proficiency (Priority Order)Preferred: Fluent in Chinese, English, and SpanishOral: Able to provide real-time interpretation in multiple scenarios without hesitation, accurately convey professional information (technical, business, administrative), with no obvious accent.Written: Able to independently translate various engineering and business documents with accurate grammar and standardized expression.Additional points for language certificates: Spanish and English-related certificates.Secondary: Fluent in Chinese and Spanish + Basic English proficiencyChinese-Spanish: Proficient in oral and written translation (covering all scenarios mentioned above).Basic English: Able to read English engineering documents (e.g., international standards, equipment manuals) and conduct simple English communication.3.
