As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the delivery of marketing activities across the business and region. This permanent role is adecuado for a coordinator who enjoys execution, working with structure and detail, and building experience within a collaborative, fast‑paced team. This role is a key enabler for marketing plan execution, ensuring smooth coordination of materials, events, logistics, and cross‑functional activities in a regulated MedTech environment.
The position also involves interaction with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in compliance with applicable industry regulations.
Responsibilities - Coordinate, execute and deliver across key marketing activities.
- Support execution of marketing plans by coordinating materials, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage development, adaptation, approval (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) and distribution of marketing content and assets.
- Maintain and update marketing tools, content libraries, and sales enablement materials in line with compliance standards.
- Track budgets, manage purchase orders, and support invoice processing.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors (onboarding, contracts, deliverables follow‑up).
- Organize and support congresses, workshops, and events in collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Professional Education).
- Handle event logistics including registrations, travel arrangements, materials, and onsite coordination.
- Support post‑event follow‑up, reporting and performance tracking.
- Manage operational logistics such as samples, demo units, inventory, and shipments.
- Assist with internal coordination, meetings, and communications (announcements, updates).
Qualifications - Experience in a marketing coordination or specialist role.
- Exposure to events, collateral and digital marketing activity.
- Strong organisational and project‑coordination skills.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
- Experience in MedTech, Pharma or regulated environments (preferred but not essential).
- Fluent in English.
Travel
Required travel 10‑20% of the time.
Salary €25,600.00 – €43,500.00 per year.
