Who We're Looking For
We are looking to hire a Technical Architect or similar profile, with the ability to manage construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision and monitoring of construction works
Coordination of teams, contractors, and suppliers
Preparation of budgets, measurements, and cost control
Technical and financial analysis of projects
Planning control and ensuring deadlines are met
Management of technical documentation and health & safety compliance
Requirements
Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar
Experience on-site and particularly in cost estimation/budgeting
Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, and budgeting software (Presto or similar)
Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindsetProactive, responsible, and team-oriented attitude
Driving license
Nice to Have
English proficiency (due to international projects)
Experience in different types of projects (construction, interior design, exhibition stands, events, etc.)
