Are you passionate about inspiring teams and driving growth? We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager Iberia (f/m/d) to take the helm of our Spain sales team. This high-performing group includes sales engineers, and assistants—all working together to deliver cutting‑edge solutions to our clients.
Your key responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a sales team of ~6 professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to build a high‑performing organization.
* Drive front‑end sales activities, overseeing lead management, qualification, and early‑stage customer engagement to secure a strong pipeline.
* Oversee key account management within the data center & infrastructure segment, strengthening relationships and unlocking growth opportunities.
* Review and prepare commercial offers, ensuring competitiveness, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
* Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement, identifying opportunities, and aligning sales activities with overall business strategy.
Your profile:
* Many years of sales experience, ideally in software or complex technical solutions, with a proven track record in Sales Engineering and commercial success.
* Demonstrate strong presentation, communication, and customer‑facing skills, able to clearly articulate value propositions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Solid commercial acumen and experience preparing compelling sales presentations, proposals, and solution overviews.
* Educational background in electrical engineering or a related technical field, enabling confident engagement in highly technical sales discussions.
* Ability to quickly understand new technologies, learn fast, and operate effectively in software‑driven or integrated system environments.
* Ambitious, sociable, and collaborative mindset, with experience building relationships and driving growth in the electrical or infrastructure industry.
* Demonstrate leadership potential or experience, including coaching colleagues, supporting complex deals, or contributing to team development and performance.
