As the Service Sales Representative for Repairs, you will be responsible for pursuing opportunities for quick turn projects to keep our customers operating effectively.

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for leveraging existing Service Agreement Customer base for service repair opportunities.
2. Provide leads for service agreement sellers when dealing with customers not under contract
3. Provide leads for Service modernization and controls team
4. Actively manage customer base seeking out opportunities for selling standard preventative Service Repair upgrade packages
5. Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities, and opportunity pipeline
6. Experienced seller who thrives in building long term customer account relationships to maximize value
7. Seek out or respond to repair opportunities
8. Establish and build credibility with knowledge of Carrier products/solutions
9. Develop and sustain customer relationships
10. Clearly articulate the value of Carrier’s value offerings and how they map to the customers’ needs
11. Ability to detect the Customer’s buying stage and adjust selling accordingly
12. Respond to the customer requirements in a timely manner
13. Gain the booking/order in a timely manner
14. Ability to consistently achieve sales metrics and Annual Targets
15. Effectively negotiate service agreement renewals when required
Education / Certifications
16. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, High School Diploma / GED required.
Basic Qualifications
17. 2+ years HVAC experience
18. Previous experience in aftermarket parts/repair sales preferred
19. Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
20. Demonstrated strong written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
21. Ability to sell directly to end user customer
22. Demonstrated ability to introduce others to cross sell and upsell within their base of customers
23. Uses sound business judgement to support the customer in decisions of repair or replace
24. Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to proactively sell preventative repair / upgrade packages
25. Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
26. Extremely comfortable operating in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
27. Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
