We are looking for a motivated and curious Traffic Manager Intern who is eager to learn the fundamentals of performance marketing in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. As part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience working with advertisers, partners, and marketing technologies, while contributing to projects that drive real impact.
This internship is a great opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing, data analysis, and creative problem-solving who wants to kick-start their career in the industry.
What You'll Do
- Manage the onboarding process for new advertisers, ensuring a smooth start.
- Support the management of advertisers/partner accounts.
- Assist such as campaign setup, optimisation, invoicing and other tasks.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to competitor research and analysis.
- Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Collaborate with the team on creative solutions to improve campaign performance.
- Provide backup support as needed during holidays
- Support other marketing tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Strong computer and internet skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to test, learn, and solve problems.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude, eager to take initiative and bring new ideas.
- Interest in performance marketing, ad tech, and data-driven decision making.
- To be eligible for an internship agreement with your University.
