Key Responsibilities
Consult with business customers and understand their analytical needs.
Develop technical requirements for reports and analysis.
Identify and capture data from internal and external sources.
Apply statistical and visualization techniques to analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
Use SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools (Qlik, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI) to create dashboards and visualizations.
Create dashboard documentation and training materials.
Manage projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and Enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, HANA).
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI).
Understanding of marketing, sales, and services business.
Strong communication, project and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and logical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
