Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will ensure Lluch's service level by acting as a liaison between the organization and the assigned customer portfolio, in accordance with the company's commercial and development strategies. You will serve as the intermediary between customers and other departments of the company.
* Provide high-level customer service by answering queries via email and telephone.
* Create commercial offers in the system according to customer requirements.
* Receive, manage, and register sales orders in SAP: creation, confirmation, tracking, and stock updates until shipment.
* Perform stock control: analyze and manage incoming stock, ensuring correct dating and allocation in open orders.
* Support and resolve customer complaints, incidents, and returns.
* Maintain and update customer database in SAP and manage technical documentation (TDS, SDS, COA, Halal, Kosher, etc.).
* Ensure compliance with general and position-specific policies and procedures, completing all tasks to facilitate company objectives.
Qualifications
* Advanced knowledge of the Office suite.
* Knowledge of SAP.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (advanced level).
* Second European language (French, German, or Italian) at an advanced level is preferable.
