The part you'll play
You will join us in our Store in La Roca Village as a Team Leader, reporting directly to the Store Management.
- Role model best in class sales and self leadership on the sales floor by providing excellent and specialized customer care
- Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships
- Promote a customer centric culture by coaching sales teams on data collection and enrichment as well as on processes
- Shadow fellow advisors on the sales floor and proactively offer insights, reflections, and experiences
- Monitor performances of all in store customer engagement & customer care activities on a regular basis
