\nAs a Certified Webflow Partner Studio, we design scalable digital ecosystems where innovative mindset meets technology.\n
We are expanding our Business Development team and looking for a Sales Development Representative who can own the entire sales cycle — from first outreach to deal closing.
\n
This role focuses specifically on selling Formed IT services to startups, scale-ups, and innovative companies globally.
\n
What Will You Do
\n
\n
- Identify companies that need digital product, web development, or AI solutions
\n
- Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and strategic channels
\n
- Build relationships with founders, product leaders, and decision-makers
\n
- Understand client needs and align them with Formed IT services
\n
- Prepare proposals and lead client discussions
\n
- Manage negotiations and take deals from prospecting to closing
\n
- Present solutions such as Webflow development, AI systems, and no-code platforms
\n
\n
What We're Looking For
\n\n
- Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Tech Sales
\n
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
\n
- Comfortable managing full-cycle B2B sales processes
\n
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
\n
- Strong interest in technology, startups, and digital products
\n
- Experience selling digital services, SaaS, software development, or tech solutions is highly valued
\n
