Project Description:
Location: Spain (preferably Bizkaia or Madrid)
Environment: Offensive Cybersecurity / Cybersecurity Management
Salary: Up to 31K € per annum
Languages: English intermediate/advanced (essential)
Responsabilidades
You will participate in highly innovative projects, covering large worldwide clients, including multiple IBEX35 corporations and public entities at national and European level. Your mission is to bridge code and security, acting as a true Security Champion capable of auditing, designing, and implementing secure development life cycles.
Design and implement Secure Software Development Life Cycle models (S-SDLC) adapted to client needs and operations.
Continuously model threats, define applicable security controls, and conduct comprehensive vulnerability analysis and management.
Perform exhaustive code audits, both static (SAST) and dynamic (DAST), managing the configuration and proper exploitation of the tools.
Act as the main contact, leader and cybersecurity specialist, maintaining smooth communication with technical development profiles and client executives.
Assume overall functions of the Security Champion role across the organization.
Requisitos
Resident of Spain.
University degree in engineering within the technological field (Telecommunications, Computer Science, or similar) or a higher professional technical qualification focusing on technology.
Proven intermediate/advanced level in English, able to use it fluently in spoken and written form.
Approximately three years of consolidated professional experience in software development, covering frontend, backend, or architecture.
At least one year of specific professional experience in cybersecurity.
Strong technical knowledge in development and programming, with experience in languages and frameworks such as PHP, JAVA, Angular, and JavaScript.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity methodologies and standards, with a focus on OWASP.
Preferably reside in the province of Bizkaia or the Community of Madrid.
Conocimientos Deseables (Plus)
Complementary knowledge in network and system administration.
Hands‑on experience with leading SAST/DAST tools such as Fortify, Checkmarx, or Veracode.
Skills in modeling and applying design patterns, and experience in code refactoring (UML/DTD).
Practical knowledge in application testing and penetration testing.
Experience applying standards and frameworks, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, ENS, PCI-DSS, or PSD2.
