Técnico de soporte (Soporte online - Italiano e Inglés)

Frekuent is a fast-growing startup redefining the world of payments, helping businesses turn one-time buyers into lifetime clients through unique and rewarding experiences. This role plays a key part in implementing our technological solutions at client sites, including technical training for clients or external installers to ensure proper installation and configuration of Frekuent devices.

Responsibilities include:

* Ensuring successful installation through testing and troubleshooting.
* Resolving technical incidents and following up with clients.
* Coordinating with the sales team to identify issues or opportunities with clients.
* Traveling to client locations for device installation when necessary. These devices are POS terminals installed in vending machines, laundry payment centers, etc.
* Managing necessary documentation related to installations.
* Monitoring internal processes such as ticket creation and CRM follow-up.
* Addressing incidents promptly, maintaining customer satisfaction, and proposing improvements.

Requirements:

* Proven experience (2+ years) as a technician in a similar role (e.g., installer in vending sector, helpdesk technician).
* Knowledge of circuits and basic experience in terminal repairs.
* Problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.
* Proactive attitude and positive approach, able to work across different teams (installation, support, warehouse).
* Experience installing payment terminals with machines is a plus.
* Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zoho, Zendesk) is a plus.
* Organizational, planning, and time management skills.
* Ability to work in a team.
* Driver's license B1 and own vehicle highly valued.

Languages: Advanced Italian, Intermediate English .

Work location: Hybrid scheme with onsite presence at Barcelona and Rubí offices.

Work hours: 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 3 pm on Friday.

23 days of vacation.
