Position Overview
We are currently hiring Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support a leading client in the vacation rental industry. This is a pre-sales role focused on identifying and qualifying potential property owners to join our clients vacation rental platform.
You will engage with both warm and cold leads, evaluate their interest and eligibility based on established criteria, and forward qualified prospects to the Sales Manager for conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Cold calling vacation rental property owners across Spain
Handling both inbound and outbound leads provided by the client
Qualifying leads based on predefined standards and eligibility criteria
Forwarding qualified leads to the Sales Manager
Maintaining and updating lead records in Pipedrive
Making multiple contact attempts before marking leads as unreachable
Participating in monthly performance meetings to review KPIs and conversions
Contributing to process improvement and lead generation strategies
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong communication and persuasion abilities with confidence in objection handling
Cold calling and outbound sales experience
Experience with lead prequalification, qualification, and referral processes
Proficiency in CRM tools and database management
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Active listening and the ability to position the service as a tailored solution
Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining follow-ups and handovers
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting KPIs and performance targets
Tools and Systems
Aircall for phone communication and KPI tracking
Pipedrive for CRM and lead management
Pipedrive Dashboards for real-time performance tracking
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and excellent English skills
Previous experience in cold calling, sales development, or lead generation
Comfortable using call platforms, CRM software, and online collaboration tools
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Part-time : 20 hours per week
Monday to Friday : 10 : 30 AM 12 : 30 PM CEST
Mondays and Tuesdays : 3 : 30 PM 7 : 00 PM CEST
Thursdays : 3 : 30 PM 6 : 30 PM CEST
