Overview
HR Business Partner, PXT People eXperience and Technology (Human Resources) at Amazon. You will support the PXT agenda in a warehouse environment, focusing on employee experience, engagement, technology, and innovation.
Responsibilities
* Partner with leaders to manage complex employee matters and provide coaching on performance and talent development.
* Lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
* Facilitate leadership development programs from supervisor to managerial levels.
* Oversee labor and employee relations issues; monitor HR metrics (absenteeism, attrition, fill rates).
* Indirectly manage employee services (e.g., shuttle transportation and food services).
* Develop continuous improvement plans for the employee experience and design/execute DEI programs.
* Ensure PXT practices align with organizational goals and foster a productive, inclusive work environment.
A day in the life
* Work with a team of HR Assistants to create the best experience for employees.
* Lead reporting and analysis of HR metrics and goals.
* Participate in daily Operations meetings and support areas; monitor workforce planning meetings.
* Conduct Gemba walks and monitor shop-floor operational processes.
* Identify trends and risks from a labor and employee relations perspective.
* Participate in Brazil PXT Operations team meetings; report metrics and indicators.
* Lead PXT and cross-disciplinary projects beyond your work unit.
* Promote inclusivity through programs, local initiatives, and affinity groups.
* Handle employee inquiries with discretion; support onboarding, performance management, engagement processes, and benefits services.
* Train, develop, and support leadership decision-making; collaborate across levels from frontline to senior leaders.
* Influence partners to prioritize employee experience and customer obsession.

Basic Qualifications
* Completed bachelor’s degree.
* 3+ years of generalist HR experience in HR subsystems.
* Experience supporting large operational client groups (factories, warehouses, call centers, etc.).
* Fluent Portuguese and advanced to fluent English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
* Willing to work 100% on-site with flexible hours/days during peak periods (Prime Day, Black Friday).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in HR for factory/manufacturing, transportation, distribution, or logistics.
* Masters or post-degree; data analytics; BI tools knowledge.
