Oxford Global Resources Spain is hiring a Junior SAP consultant for a major American client in the pharmaceutical sector in Alcobendas, Madrid.
We are looking for a Tier 1 SAP Cosultant to join a dedicated team providing first-line support for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) at a integral pharmaceutical manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Level 1 functional support for SAP to warehouse operations teams.
Resolve "how-to" requests and minor issues from end-users.
Monitor EWM interface jobs and qRFC queues, identify faults, and take corrective actions.
Support creation/cancellation of warehouse tasks and minor configuration (e.g., bin management, printer setup).
Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 teams with complete diagnostic information.
Collaborate in requirement collection for AGV deployments when applicable.
Ensure compliance with GMP, data privacy (GDPR), and Lilly's quality standards.
Document interventions and maintain audit trails in ServiceNow.
