Then this role is for you! /p pWe have an exciting temporary opportunity as a bCustomer Experience Partner /b to support our team, covering a leave of absence. /p pYou’ll be joining an exceptional team passionately committed to delivering outstanding service to our customers! /p h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA fixed‑term contract. /li liOpportunities for professional growth in a dynamic global environment. /li liCompetitive benefits and talent development programs. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and monitor the end‑to‑end shipment process. /li liCoordinate and orchestrate shipments with stakeholders. /li liProvide value‑added solutions to customers with strong business knowledge. /li liResolve queries with shippers, customers, key account managers, and others in a timely manner. /li liMaintain a customer‑centric approach to avoid errors and implement preventive measures. /li liPrepare and submit documents accurately and inform stakeholders of status. /li liDrive cross‑sell/up‑sell and customer retention. /li liAdhere to SOPs and IOPs and report deviations proactively. /li liEscalate issues as defined in SOPs/IOPs. /li liCommunicate proactively, participate in conference calls with clients. /li liRecord and report performance, providing recommendations on service delivery wins and failures. /li liCollaborate with KCMs and commercial team to strengthen relationships. /li liComply with specific customer SOPs and monitor KPIs. /li liExecute additional reports or tasks assigned by the team leader/manager. /li /ul h3We Are Looking For /h3 ul liExperience in logistics/supply chain or related areas. /li liFluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liPassion for high‑level customer service (customer centricity). /li liResult orientation and ability to work under pressure. /li liTeam player mindset. /li liStrong understanding of operational processes. /li liSense of urgency and persistence with obstacles. /li liPositive pro‑active attitude. /li /ul pApplications should be submitted in English.
