In our Viladecavall’s office’s we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join in our Commercial Vehicles Sales team who will be leading the commercial activities for these clients in order to build rapport and represent Ficosa as a world-class Tier1 partner.
⭐ Main functions
1. Internally communicate customer strategy; research and predict market evolution, anticipate customers’ needs in order to adapt Ficosa to new trends.
2. Define and propose the commercial targets and activities for customers, in cooperation with Technical and R&D Areas.
3. Present detailed proposals to the clients, cooperating closely with project teams.
4. Offer presentations to clients and report incidents to the Sales Director.
5. Participate in project teams in order to achieve project goals.
6. Lead customer focus service, monitoring & supporting incident resolution.
7. Represent customer interests within Ficosa, communicating their needs and expectations to our organization in order to provide the best response.
8. Report key indicators/documents defined for his/her activity.
9. Lead the sales activities for Commercial Vehicles to their clients and establish action plans.
🎯What we are looking for
10. Bachelor degree in Engineering or any related field.
11. 5 years’ experience in a similar role
12. Fluent English (spoken & written).
13. Fluent German would be a nice to have.
14. Experience in the Mobility industry is a plus.
15. Availability to travel 20% of the time
