This role focuses on the management and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical packaging specifications, and on coordinating compatibility testing between packaging materials and product formulas to ensure compliance with functional, regulatory, and quality standards. /ppbr/ppThe position requires close collaboration with Packaging Development, Design, Formulation, Procurement, Quality, Production, and Innovation Operations teams, ensuring technical documentation is accurate and aligned with internal processes and external regulations. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/pulliDraft and maintain technical specifications and datasheets for primary packaging (jars, bottles, tubes) and secondary packaging (labels, folding cartons). /liliCreate, build, and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and SKU structures. /liliMaintain active communication with suppliers to coordinate and implement packaging changes. /liliEnsure alignment between formulation and packaging components. /liliCoordinate and support packaging–formula compatibility testing with formulation and packaging testing teams. /liliSupport packaging quality control activities and define standards for new components. /liliProvide quality-related information required to approve new packaging materials. /liliUpdate logistics data to reflect newly created product references. /liliMaintain and update project trackers in close collaboration with the Innovation Operations team, ensuring real-time visibility of milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional progress. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongEducation and knowledge: /strong /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent. /liliKnowledge of packaging materials and technologies. /liliProficient in Excel. /liliFluent in Spanish and English. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongExperience: /strong /ppbr/pulli1–3 years of experience in packaging-related roles. /liliProject Management experience would be a plus. /liliExperience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCompetencies: /strong /ppbr/pulliGood communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. /liliAbility to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliAttention to detail. /liliAbility to work under tight timelines and manage multiple priorities. /liliOrganized and methodical. /li /ul
