Tasks in the role
Renewals & Retention:
Drive customer retention and renewal rates, manage renewal pipeline, and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to grow smaller accounts and lead renewal negotiations.Account Management:
Build relationships with marketing teams and leaders, providing strategic advice on utilizing Semrush tools.Key Account Business Reviews:
Conduct reviews demonstrating ROI, and offer tailored strategies to meet business goals.Drive Customer Value:
Understand customer workflows and link them to the benefits of Semrush tools.Customer Advocacy:
Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for improvements based on feedback.Onboarding & Implementation:
Ensure smooth onboarding and provide insights at each touchpoint.Identify Growth Opportunities:
Evaluate customer needs and collaborate with sales and marketing for expansion.Who we are looking for
Fluency in English and Spanish.4-6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, especially in MarTech or SaaS.Strong pipeline management and relationship-building skills.Experience in digital marketing technologies (SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics, CRM, automation).Proven success in upselling and generating leads.Strong project management skills and ability to adapt to change.Experience with international companies is a plus.We value trust, ownership, and enthusiasm for change.
