Responsibilities
* Menu planning and cooking for crew, 3 meals per day.
* Diverse with international cuisines and menu planning
* Staying on board for security watches every 4 days on average
* Provisioning the yacht using local supermarkets, transportation provided by the ship
* Responsible for cleaning of galley, freezers, main refrigerator and dry storage following a specific cleaning schedule
* Professional presentation
Qualifications
* STCW with PDSD
* Seafarer\ 's Medical Certificate
* Food Safety and Hygiene L2
* Ships Cook Certificate (Preferred)
