My client is a US listed business with an established presence across the EMEA region, and consequently, this influential role could be based from several locations across Europe including the UK, France, Germany, Denmark or Poland.
Fluency in English is required.
An additional language(s) particularly French and German preferred.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role that will have a broad impact across the organisation.
This position is the hands-on HRBP for our Commercial organization of approx.
100 employees and is also responsible for the overall HRBP functions and the recruiting strategy for the full organisation.
The role holder will provide HR leadership and guidance to business leaders and act as sparring partner and advisor in translating business strategies into HR initiatives.
Subsequently the position holder will be responsible for designing and rolling out those initiatives.
Organizational development, talent management, change management, recruiting and employee relations are core responsibilities of this position.
