Your mission As a Business Central Functional Analyst, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central effectively supports financial, logistics, distribution and manufacturing processes.
You will play a central role in ERP implementations, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives in regulated environments such as pharma and food.
This position reports to the IT Business Partner and works closely with business teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities Business analysis & functional design
Gather, analyze and document business requirements with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and other stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and Business Central solution designs.
Advise business teams on standard ERP functionalities and best practices.
ERP implementations & projects
Participate actively in Business Central implementation and rollout projects.
Support planning, testing, UAT and go-live phases.
Coordinate with external implementation partners and development teams.
Support post go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.
Integrations & systems landscape
Lead and support integrations between Business Central and Salesforce (mandatory).
Participate in integrations with third-party systems (logistics providers, regulatory platforms, etc.).
Work with integration technologies such as FTP, SOAP and REST APIs .
Monitor data flows, interfaces and error resolution across systems.
Support, testing & incident management
Provide functional support for Business Central incidents and change requests.
Diagnose functional issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
Define and execute functional testing and validate developments before deployment.
Ensure system changes align with business processes and compliance requirements.
Documentation & stakeholder management
Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation.
Support end-user training and system adoption.
Ensure clear communication between business users, IT and external vendors.
Contribute to ERP governance and documentation standards.
What we're looking for
University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or similar.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Central / ERP Functional Analyst.
Proven experience in Business Central implementation projects .
Mandatory experience integrating Business Central with Salesforce .
Experience in pharma, food or other regulated industrial environments is highly valued.
ERP or Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
Technical skills
Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central .
Experience with integration technologies (FTP, SOAP, REST) .
Knowledge of relational databases and data models.
Familiarity with cloud environments.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales / Marketing standard is a plus.
Languages
Spanish: Native or fluent
English: B2 level required (international environment; part of the interview will be conducted in English)
