Our team in Madrid plays a key role in supporting the technology infrastructure that powers this vision.The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Information Technology Support Analyst to join our IT team at our Alcobendas office. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure, providing first and second-level support to employees, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first and second-level IT support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.Manage and maintain IT assets including laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals; oversee onboarding and offboarding IT setup.Administer and support core business applications, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VPN, and internal collaboration tools.Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi networks, and VoIP systems.Support the configuration and management of endpoint security solutions (antivirus, MDM, EDR) in coordination with the cybersecurity team.Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and asset inventories.Assist in the deployment and configuration of new systems, software updates, patches, and infrastructure upgrades.Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security policies across Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity management platforms.Collaborate with third-party vendors for hardware procurement, warranty claims, and outsourced IT services.Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements to enhance IT service delivery and end-user satisfaction.Support IT projects including office relocations, infrastructure migrations, and new technology rollouts.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration roles.Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems; familiarity with Linux is a plus.Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Azure Active Directory, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, or similar).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-service mindset.Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple requests simultaneously.Legal authorization to work in Spain (EU citizenship or valid work permit).Nice to HaveIndustry certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar.Experience supporting fintech or financial services environments with compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, GDPR).Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for task automation.Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf) and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools. xiphtebFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and basic DevOps concepts.
