Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries about automotive products, services, and specifications via phone, email, and chat in Polish
* Provide customers with accurate information regarding vehicle options, pricing, and financing solutions
* Assist with scheduling service appointments and addressing any service-related concerns
* Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with a proactive approach
* Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely responses to customer needs
* Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and innovations to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements
* Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Greek is a plus
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach
* Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic work environment
* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
