* Your role will be the visionary and creative leader of the agency, establishing Molina Visuals as “the place to go for innovation in classical music”. Your mission is to delight and surprise our clients and audiences with your vision and creativity while helping them achieve their goals.
You will be involved in photography, filmography, animation, brand identity, graphic design, and web design. Leadership skills and excellent communication abilities are required to articulate your vision to the team and empower them to excel, be more creative, and ultimately, happier!
Our agency stands out because we truly understand what classical music is and the nature of the “cultural product” it offers. Therefore, a deep knowledge of classical music is essential for this position.

Responsibilities
* Brainstorming and conceptualizing multi-platform campaigns.
* Collaborating with strategists and creative staff to generate ideas.
* Supervising creative work to maintain high standards.
* Creating moodboards and sketches to communicate ideas.
* Researching visual references.
* Presenting projects to clients via Keynotes or slideshows.
* Pitching ideas and interacting with clients during feedback sessions.
* Presenting UX and UI designs clearly to clients.
* Overseeing project production with involved team members.
* Visiting or assessing locations for shoots as needed.
You will work closely with strategists, project managers, web designers, graphic designers, copywriters, animators, film crews, photographers, and web developers.

As a remote agency, our team is located globally. All communication is online, allowing you to work from anywhere. We maintain a friendly, constructive, and positive atmosphere, expecting colleagues to be supportive and proactive.
Our clients are mainly in Europe and the United States.
* Ensure your time zone overlaps at least 4 hours daily with Europe and the Americas.
What We Do
We produce high-end 360º campaigns for classical music institutions, creating storytelling tools that communicate the depth and richness of classical music. A deep knowledge of classical music is required.
Compensation
This is a freelance, on-demand position with potential for extended contracts based on performance and development.
