Experteer Overview At ALS, you will drive FP&A excellence across divisions, partnering with senior leadership to align financial planning with strategic goals. You’ll produce insightful reporting, support investor communications, and steer forecasting and budgeting across geographies. The role combines hands-on financial analysis with strategic input for growth, M&A, and capital investments. You’ll work closely with the CEO, CFO, and EGMs to enable robust returns and informed decisions.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop and own monthly management reports and lead performance reviews with senior leadership
- Provide holistic visibility into divisional financial performance and offer improvement recommendations
- Identify and mitigate financial risks in greenfield investments and CAPEX evaluations
- Partner with Lead FP&A to enhance forecast accuracy and implement advanced forecasting techniques
- Provide managerial accounting support to EGMs and assist with budgeting and performance tracking
- Support regional M&A and capital investment activities, including due diligence and integration
- Own financial support for Environmental divisions with strategic guidance
- Provide ad hoc reporting to CEO and CFO as neededResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Finance
- 12+ years of FP&A experience in a large multinational
- Proven budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior management
