Marketing Assistant Surgery Iberia at BD Nogales Norte

Job Description Summary
The Marketing Assistant for Surgery Iberia will provide administrative, sales and marketing support to the BD Interventional Surgery business unit in Iberia. The role involves collaborating on marketing plans, managing events, and creating promotional materials for a leading medical company.
Main Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Manage the sales and marketing team’s agenda and budget, coordinate travels and meetings, process invoices and payments to suppliers, and maintain contracts/agreements with HCPs and databases.
* Creation of Promotional Materials: Assist in producing and adapting brochures, presentations, videos and advertisements, ensuring compliance with BD’s corporate image.
* Event Management: Support the logistical organization of events, including supplier sourcing, registration management, booth coordination and attendee communication.
* Communication: Maintain smooth and effective communication with various departments within the company and with external suppliers.
About You
* Education: Professional Training, Mid-level Education.
* Experience: 3–5 years of previous experience in similar roles is desirable, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical sector.
* Languages: Fluent in Spanish (native) and English.
* IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and IH.
* Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, organization, planning and time‑management skills;
ability to work independently and as part of a team;
proactivity, initiativeand results‑oriented mindset.
Salary range: 30,000€ - 40,000€
