We’re looking for a Junior Business Development & Partnerships Specialist to join our team and play a key role in growing and strengthening our partner ecosystem across multiple markets.

🚀 The Role
This is a hands-on commercial role where you’ll work at the intersection of account management, business development, and marketing operations — with strong exposure to strategy, execution, and analytics from day one.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Partnerships & Media Operations Manager and the B2B Sales team.
🛠 What Youll Do
Account Management
* Manage and grow relationships with existing partners (tour operators, media, CSEs, distributors)
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across partner portfolios
* Monitor campaign performance and share actionable insights
* Act as a key point of contact for partner needs and coordination
Business Development
* Prospect and onboard new partners via outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn, trade fairs)
* Support negotiations and commercial discussions with potential partners
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and verticals
* Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline of prospects
Marketing & Campaign Operations
* Coordinate marketing campaigns, flash sales, and media activations with partners
* Work with internal teams to ensure timely execution of partner campaigns
* Liaise with design teams to create partner-facing assets (banners, landing pages, visuals)
* Ensure consistent tracking and reporting of campaign performance
Analysis & Automation
* Track performance data and build dashboards to monitor partner and campaign results
* Extract insights and propose improvements based on data
* Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency across workflows
* Support continuous optimization of outreach and campaign processes
🙋 What Were Looking For
* Recently graduated (Master’s level) in Business, Marketing, or a related field or with 1st experience in sales, partnerships, or account management
* Fluent in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
* Strong commercial mindset with a passion for relationship-building and closing deals
* Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Excellent communication skills (written, phone, and in-person)
* Team player with a curious, hands-on, and positive attitude
