How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Oversee the creation, revision, distribution, and storage of documents, including policies, procedures, specifications, and technical drawings
2. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with document control requirements and standards
3. Accurately label, index, and archive documents for easy retrieval
4. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain the accuracy and completeness of documentation
5. Partner with cross-functional teams to support seamless document management across the organization
What You Bring
6. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, or a related field
7. Experience in document control or records management; leadership experience is a plus
8. Strong knowledge of document management systems and software
9. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as ISO 9001 or FDA regulations
10. Fluent English in written and spoken; proficiency in the local language is an advantage
You’ll be a great fit if you have a background in document control and a keen eye for detail. Experience with industry standards and leadership is helpful, but not required.
