Atlex is a fast-growing immigration law firm helping professionals and entrepreneurs relocate to Spain through personalized, high-quality legal assistance. After expanding to 10 team members and a healthy network of partners, we're looking for a tax and accounting expert to join our team. You will lead tax advisory for an international client base — primarily expats and foreign professionals navigating Spanish tax residency — as well as corporate clients. You will also manage internal accounting for the firm, and have the opportunity to mentor a junior apprentice.
Double taxation treaty analysis for international clients
Obtain digital certificates for clients and autonomo registrations
Impuesto de Sociedades and IVA for corporate clients
Full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting for the firm
Quarterly and annual filings with Agencia Tributaria (internal reconciliation only)
Payroll coordination and retribución flexible management (internal reconciliation only)
Client communication in both Spanish and English
5 years in Spanish tax advisory or accounting
~ Fluent in Spanish and English
~ Familiarity with expat and non-resident tax situations
~ REAF membership or equivalent fiscal certification (valued)
