Role Overview
We are looking for Data Analysts to support fast-paced AI-driven initiatives, such as digital assistants, voice bots, and other next-gen support tools. These roles combine a strong foundation in Data Analytics (70%) with an affinity for Data Science (30%) and will help define success metrics, improve data quality, report, and generate insights that influence strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has a deep curiosity for user behavior, proficiency in product analytics, and a drive to generate actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement customer journey tracking mechanisms.
2. Extract, prepare, and explore data from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights, possibly by joining several data sources.
3. Design dashboards in Tableau for structured or ad-hoc visualizations.
4. Create automated reporting solutions using tools like SQL, Python, or Tableau to streamline regular reporting tasks.
5. Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights within the data.
6. Support OKR tracking by aligning data metrics to business objectives and monitoring performance over time.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, ideally with exposure to AI/ML-driven use cases.
* Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Looker.
* Hands-on experience with Tag Management and Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), cloud platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Microsoft Azure), and data visualization/reporting tools.
* Ability to translate business needs into analytical and technical requirements, with a solid understanding of the 'why' behind product or data features.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across business and technical teams.
* Experience in Product Analytics is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with LLMs, chatbots, or AI-enabled customer service solutions is an advantage.
* Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe.
