Job description
Brand Management Suppor
- Collaborate in the execution of the Marketing Plan under the supervision of the Brand Manager.
- Support coordination with creative and media agencies.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations, market analysis, and campaign tracking.
- Assist in organizing events and brand activations.
Strategic Analysis and Support
- Support market data analysis (Nielsen, Kantar, etc.) to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D;) to develop initiatives.
- Participate in the preparation of performance reports and campaign results.
Innovation and Consumer Insights
- Contribute to consumer research and trend analysis.
- Support the launch of proposals for new products or improvements.
Requirements
- Experience
: Over 2 years in Marketing roles within the Food or FMCG sectors, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Education
: Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration. An MBA or Master's in Marketing will be considered a plus.
- Language
s: English (essential, high proficiency required.
- Analytical Tool
s: Familiarity with platforms such as Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar to ensure a data-driven market perspective.
