Accountabilities
* Lead the development of modern, responsive, and high‑performing web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
* Build intuitive user interfaces that deliver seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
* Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and recommend improvements to existing systems and code structures.
* Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure efficient integration of APIs and server‑side logic.
* Work alongside UX/UI designers to transform concepts into visually appealing and functional interfaces.
* Conduct code reviews and promote clean code, maintainability, testing standards, and development best practices.
* Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
* Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical solutions.
* Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
* Partner with senior leadership to evaluate ideas, validate initiatives, and improve product delivery.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Developer or similar role in web or mobile product environments.
* Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS methodologies.
* Solid hands‑on experience building applications with React.
* Experience using Tailwind CSS to create scalable and maintainable UI systems.
* Strong understanding of frontend security principles, including OWASP practices, CORS policies, and secure UI development.
* Experience with Git, GitHub, and collaborative version control workflows.
* Proficiency with debugging tools and diagnosing issues across browsers and devices.
* Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira.
* Understanding of modern frontend architecture patterns and component‑based design.
