Role Overview
This is a year-round, on-site role built for someone who thrives across seasons and contexts. During the school year, you are the primary student support presence at your Education Center and the operational partner to the Education Center Director. You will manage a caseload of students and families with diverse needs, run extracurricular activity programming, and ensure the day-to-day life of the Education Center runs well. In summer, you shift into camp leadership, taking ownership of the full delivery of Boundless Summer Camp at your site.
Two people hold this role globally — one in Andalusia (Estepona), Spain, and one in Syros, Greece. You and your counterpart are the connective tissue between admissions, on-site life, and camp, ensuring that families experience Boundless as one coherent journey across the year.
You will report primarily to your local Education Center Director, with dotted-line relationships to the Global Camp Director during summer and to the Student Support Lead year-round.
What You’ll DoStudent Support & Caseload Management
* Own on-site student support using the Response to Intervention framework, managing a defined caseload of students and families through the school year
* Coordinate Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions with educators and specialists, leading behavioral response, documentation, and family communication
* Maintain records in Toddle (Student Referrals, Behavior Incident Reports, case notes) aligned with Boundless Support rating criteria
* Participate in weekly global Case Review sessions with the Student Support Coordinator
Site Operations & ECD Partnership
* Serve as the day-to-day operational partner to the Early Childhood Division, leading arrivals, transitions, escalations, and educator support
* Step in as acting site lead when the ECD is unavailable, with full authority over day-to-day decisions
* Ensure alignment between education, operations, and family experience at your site
ECA Program Ownership
* Design and run the site’s extracurricular program end-to-end: vendor selection, scheduling, family communication, quality oversight, and budget tracking
* Ensure extracurricular activities reflect Boundless pedagogy and values, and iterate the offering cohort over cohort
Summer Camp Leadership
* Lead full end-to-end delivery of Boundless Summer Camp at your site: Crews, Choice Labs, Culture Quests, Morning Ease, Morning Compass, Activity Blocks, and Opening and Closing Rituals
* Hire, onboard, and manage the seasonal camp team in partnership with the People Team and Global Camp Director
* Own camper safety, staffing ratios, incident response, and parent communication throughout summer
* Co-lead signature experiences with the Community Host
* Partner with the Global Camp Manager on cross-site standards, continuous improvement, and data capture
You’ll Be Valued For
* You have 5+ years of experience across education, student support, youth development, or camp leadership — with meaningful responsibility in at least two of those areas
* You hold a background in education, psychology, social work, or a related field, and postgraduate qualifications and RTI or SEL credentials
* You’re equally comfortable writing a policy and resolving a parent escalation, and have a track record of doing this effectively
* You work calmly under pressure and bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving situations
* You’re rigorous about documentation and operational detail, not just pedagogy
* You thrive in cross-cultural environments and communicate clearly in English;
working knowledge of Spanish (Andalusia) or Greek (Syros) is a strong plus
* You bring genuine joy to working with children, youth, and educators, and can hold both warmth and firm boundaries at the same time
What Success Looks Like
In your first 6–12 months, we expect:
* Every active Tier 2 and Tier 3 student has a documented plan, a consistent check-in cadence, and no unresolved escalations
* Summer camp delivered end-to-end with no unmanaged safety incidents and strong family feedback
* ECA program running with clear vendor relationships, documented participation, and cohort-over-cohort iteration
* Full operational continuity maintained during ECD absences
* Toddle documentation current and audit-ready at all times
* Warm, well-prepared handoff to on-site life from the local Case Manager for every incoming family
Who You’ll Work With
You will report to your local Education Center Director, who leads the full EC team on the ground. During summer, you will have a dotted-line relationship with the Global Camp Manager for camp standards, playbook alignment, and cross-site learning. xhfqzwm Year-round, you will connect weekly with the Student Support Lead.
