Overview
We are currently hiring a German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join a fast‑growing digital marketing team in Barcelona. This role focuses on onboarding new business clients, driving PPC performance, increasing ad spend, and building long‑term partnerships within the German market.
Key Responsibilities
* Onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients
* Develop and optimize high‑performing PPC campaigns
* Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing solutions
* Identify client objectives and provide tailored advertising strategies
* Drive upselling and increase campaign investment
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders in the German market
* Analyze performance data, ROI, and market trends
* Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR awareness required)
Mandatory Requirements
* C2 level German
* Strong English
* Bachelor's degree OR equivalent professional experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Digital Marketing
* Previous client‑facing experience in performance‑driven environments
* Strong understanding of PPC & digital advertising ecosystem
* Analytical mindset & CRM experience
* Deep understanding of German market & business culture
