Next Job Abroad is currently recruiting Danish-speaking Registered Nurses for an international travel and medical assistance centre in Fuengirola or Torrevieja, Spain.
In this role, you will support travellers who experience illness, injury, or unexpected situations while abroad. You will assess medical cases, coordinate care with hospitals and clinics worldwide, and ensure travellers receive the assistance they need.
This is a unique opportunity to combine healthcare expertise with international case management in a dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Handle medical assistance cases via phone and email
* Perform medical screening and triage of incoming cases
* Communicate with patients, relatives, clinics, and hospitals
* Obtain and review medical reports and documentation
* Assess treatment needs and insurance coverage
* Provide medical guidance and support to travellers
* Coordinate assistance such as medical treatment, transport, or repatriation
* Support and advise Assistance Coordinators on medical matters
The assistance centre operates 24/7, therefore the role includes rotating shifts (day and evening).

Requirements
o Registered Nurse qualification with EU-recognized license
o Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
o Fluent Danish (written and spoken)
o Strong English skills
o Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
o Strong communication and case management skills
o A clean criminal record
