We offer a wide range of insurance products, solutions, and advisory services to individuals, small and medium-sized companies, and global corporations.Your roleYou will act as an internal SAP FI / CO consultant,participating in SAP implementation and maintenance (Enhancements, BAU requests, incident resolution), supporting existing SAP FI / CO installations worldwide.As aSAP FICO Subject Matter ExpertYour main responsibilities will includeAnalyzing business needs and documenting requirementsProposing and evaluating solution alternativesCustomizing SAP and conducting unit testsProviding world-class SAP supportIdentifying problems and root causesSolving incidents and problemsImplementing enhancementsConsulting with customersSupporting SAP clients and areasParticipating in SAP implementation and local/transformation projectsYour Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a SAP FICO SME with at least 5 years in international implementationsStrong background in SAP templates rollouts and process harmonizationExcellent problem resolution skillsEffective team player with good communication skills in a global environmentExperience working across cultures and influencing different hierarchiesKnowledge in SAP FI / CO modules, especially Finance Accounting and ReportingExperience with NewGL, and preferably with Special LedgerUnderstanding of IFRS & other GAAPsKnowledge of Financial Closing processes in multinational companiesFamiliarity with insurance and banking accounting, Procurement to Pay, Internal Orders, CCA, PCA, and PAUnderstanding of ITIL processes (Change and Incident Management)Plus skills:
