Our goal is to build strong local teams across Europe and develop long-term partnerships with local customers and operators. /ppAs our European business continues to expand, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Southern Europe (Iberia) to develop the EV charging market and support the introduction of our CI energy storage solutions in the region. /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /ppbSales Performance /b /pulliAchieve assigned regional sales targets including contract value and revenue collection. /liliBuild and manage a healthy sales pipeline to ensure continuous business growth. /liliIdentify and develop new business opportunities across the Iberian market, including Spain and Portugal. /liliPromote and sell EV charging solutions and Commercial Industrial ESS products. /liliManage pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and project profitability. /li /ul pbCustomer Development Key Account Management /b /pulliDevelop and maintain relationships with key customers including CPOs, EPC companies, energy companies, and distributors. /liliIdentify and acquire new customers to expand the regional market presence. /liliManage existing customers to increase long-term cooperation and repeat business. /liliEnsure a professional customer experience from initial contact through project delivery. /li /ulpbr/ppbCross-functional Collaboration /b /pulliWork closely with internal teams including technical support, product management, logistics, and after-sales service to support project execution. /liliCoordinate internal resources to support large projects and public tenders. /liliEnsure smooth communication between customers and internal departments. /li /ul pbMarket Development Intelligence /b /pulliMonitor EV charging and energy storage market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the Iberian region. /liliProvide regular market feedback and strategic insights to support business development. /liliRepresent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We Are Looking For: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Energy, Business, or related fields. /liliAt least 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EV charging, renewable energy, electrical equipment, or energy infrastructure industries. /liliExperience in solution-based sales, managing complex projects rather than standardized products. /liliProven ability to develop new markets and acquire first customers in new regions. /liliStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. /liliAbility to work independently and travel frequently within Spain and Portugal. /liliFluent in English and Spanish.
