ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
We are seeking a strategic Senior People Data Analyst to drive advanced HR data analytics initiatives, ensure data integrity, and deliver insightful, actionable reports. The position collaborates with cross-functional leaders, monitors HR analytics trends, and drives key projects to support data-driven decisions.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and monitor HR KPIs, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights and present findings in ways that resonate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR processes with broader organizational objectives.
- Facilitate regular meetings and presentations to discuss HR performance metrics, trends, and strategic initiatives, engaging diverse teams across the organization.
- Work closely with HR-IT to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and security of HR data across systems, ensuring data integrity and governance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR analytics to foster innovation and enhance processes.
- Support HR insights and reporting projects by ensuring timely and successful completion of deliverables in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
THIS IS YOU
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency with HR analytics tools (e.G., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) and HRIS solutions (e.G., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday), with a proven ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets while adhering to data security and confidentiality standards.
- Strong expertise in Python or R for advanced data analysis is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
- In-depth understanding of HR operations, processes, and key metrics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, fostering partnerships across departments while maintaining professionalism in managing confidential data.
- Demonstrated commitment to data governance, accuracy, and compliance, ensuring sensitive employee information is managed securely and ethically in accordance with organizational policies and legal regulations
