Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support complex employee relations cases across EU jurisdictions • Serve as advisor to managers and employees on European employment law and local directives • Partner with HR Ops to streamline practices and ensure legal alignment • Monitor trends and deliver HR analytics across engagement, culture, and performance • Lead or support implementation of compliant policies in coordination with external legal counsel
What You Bring: Proven HR generalist experience in multi-jurisdictional settings Solid understanding of European employment legislation and directives Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting HR data Collaborative style and interpersonal skills suited to international environments CIPD or employment law qualifications (strongly preferred) Professional services or financial sector experience is a plus
