Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all‑in‑one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile‑first platform.

We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long‑term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.

Finom’s platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI‑enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We’re actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.

What you’ll do

* You will own the understanding of market performance in your region and help drive improvements across the funnel — from acquisition to activation and product adoption.
* You will partner closely with product teams on the one side and marketing teams on the other to ensure that product launches succeed in your markets and that adoption continues to grow after launch.


Lead product go‑to‑market for your markets

Plan and execute product launches for Italy, France, and Spain, ensuring strong market impact and clear positioning. You may also lead international product launches beyond southern markets, coordinating execution across multiple regions when assigned.


Drive product adoption

Work closely with selected product domains to increase awareness, usage, and engagement after launch. Identify and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen product adoption.


Own regional marketing performance

Track and analyze local marketing performance metrics, identifying and executing opportunities to improve acquisition in your markets.


Develop strong market insights

Build a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics and local market conditions across Southern Europe, and use these insights to shape messaging, campaign strategies.


Shape messaging and campaigns

Develop clear product messaging and creative concepts that resonate with local audiences and support effective marketing initiatives.


Collaborate across teams

Partner with Product, Analytics, Creative, Paid Media, PR, CRM and more to align initiatives and deliver coordinated market impact.


Represent the voice of your markets

Advocate for the needs and opportunities of Southern European markets in product and marketing discussions.


What you’ll bring

Product Marketing Experience

5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, and/or brand marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B environments.

Strong project leadership

Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives across teams in a matrix organization.

Execution focus

Highly action‑oriented, flexible, and hands‑on, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and move initiatives forward.

Market expertise

Strong familiarity with Southern European markets, particularly Italy, France and Spain, and an understanding of SME customer needs.

GTM leadership

Experience leading product go‑to‑market initiatives and driving product adoption across markets.

Messaging and creative thinking

Ability to develop clear positioning, compelling messaging, and strong marketing concepts that resonate locally.

Data‑driven mindset

Comfortable working with performance data and turning insights into practical growth initiatives.

Language and market fit

Fluency in English is required. Candidates should be native speakers of either Italian and/or French, with strong familiarity with the respective local market.

AI‑enabled workflows

Comfortable leveraging AI tools in daily workflows to improve productivity, research, content creation and campaign execution.
